Description
1. Thomas Rose Drewe of Wooton Fitz Paine, c. Dorset, Esq., and Reverend John Richards of Long Bredy, c. Dorset, Clerk, trustees of a term of 500 years created by the codicil to the will of John Bragge, dec'd.
2. William Tucker of Coryton, c. Devon, Esq., and the said John Richards, Mortgagees of a yearly Fee Farm rent which the closes or parcels of land hereinafter described are liable to indemnify against certain life annuities hereinafter mentioned.
3. John Bragge of Sadborow c. Devon [now Dorset], eldest son and heir at law of John Bragge late of the same place, Esq., dec'd.
4. Charles Gunning of the City of Bath, c. Somerset, Gent., and Daniel Tanner of the same city, Master Builder.
5. William Phillips p. Walcot, c. Somerset, Master Builder, trustee for 4.

Whereas John Bragge, dec'd, by his will, amongst other bequests, to his younger son William, and his daughters Elizabeth and Lucy Ann the sum of £7000 to be divided equally between them upon them attaining their respective ages of 21 years, and to Elizabeth his wife, Thomas Rose Drewe, and Reverend John Richards in trust his manor of Burstock and his farms of Burstock and Chelborough, c. Dorset and other his estates in trust for a term of 500 years from the date of his death, for the benefit of his eldest son John Bragge, with power to sell or Mortgage the same or any part thereof in event that his estate should fall short on his debts and testamentary legacies. And by a later codicil gave to each of his younger children as aforesaid as should reach the age of 21 and become entitled to the sum of £7000 or any part thereof the further sum of £1000 each.

All those two closes or parcels of ground formerly called Priors Furlong otherwise Holdstock's Garden, p. Walcot, in or near the City of Bath, c. Somerset. The upper of which closes contains 12a.23p, now or lately in the tenure or occupation of William Norman, Gardener, as tenant to John Bragge, and the lower of which contains 7a.1r.21p., now or lately in the tenure or occupation of Robert Holdstock, George Ransome, William Shipp, and George White, Gardeners, as tenants to John Bragge. From 1. and 2. to 5 in trust for 4.
