Revoking the Bequest to his sister Mary Hayne and after her decease to his nephew John Bragg, of the Messuage in Newbury where James Hayne then lived, and in recognition of the great care and attention of his servant Ann Harris during his present illness, bequeaths the said premises to his aforesaid sister and his said servant Ann Harris jointly during the terms of the natural lives and after their decease to his nephew John Bragg
