Description: Will of James Hayne of Newbury, c. Berkshire, Esq.
Bequeathing to his sister Mary Hayne his estate at Enborne, c. Berkshire, held by lease from the Lord Craven during all the rest of the term of years, and also the messuage in which he then lived at Newbury with the lands thereunto belonging during her natural life, and after her decease the same to his nephew John Bragge of Sadborow, p. Thorncombe, c. Devon [now Dorset]. Also to his nephew John Bragge all those his fee farm rents, ground rents, messuages and lands situate lying and being in p. Walcott in or near the city of Bath, c. Somerset, and all lands in p. Kintbury, c. Berkshire, and elsewhere.
Bequeathing to his sister Mary Hayne an annuity of £200 p.a., to his servant Ann Harris $40 p.a., to his cousins Ann and Mary Hayne of Hungerford, £10 p.a. Other small bequests of monies or items.
