Request to be buried at Chievley as close to his parents and sister as possible.
Bequeathing to his sister Mary Hayne the sum of £500, and to Mrs Martha Young, wife of Mr Young, Upholsterer, of London, whose maiden name was Martha Barnardiston and did once live at Eton in Berkshire, the sum of £100. Bequeathing to his nephew Mr John Bragge, Esq., £50. Bequeathing to his Aunt Mrs Anne Wright, to his cousin Lucy May, to Mr Tuck Hayne an officer in the Bank, to his friend John Pudsey, Esq., Deputy Clerk of the Hannover Office, and to his friend John Collins, Draper in Newbury, c. Berkshire, £20 apiece. Bequeathing to his friend Mrs Anne Wightwick, niece to the late John Knightley of Bath, and to Mrs Mary Hull late of Newbury, £10 apiece. Bequeathing to his Aunt Mary Howse who then lived with him, an annuity of £30 p.a., and to his Uncle John Hanye of Hungerford an annuity of £5 p.a. Bequeathing to his Brother James Hayne all his lands and estates near Bath, c. Somerset and near Kintbury, c. Berkshire, or elsewhere
