All that the said Down, closes of arable land, quarry, tithes and all other the premises as recited, [All that pasture ground, Downe and Sleepsleight, called Lansdowne, heretofore in the occupation of John Saunders, dec'd, lying near a ground called Coopers, and all that arable ground called Prior's Furlong, 20a., heretofore also in tenure of John Saunders, dec'd, now in the occupation of Nicholas Pearce, city of Bath, Waggoneer. And also a 1/2 acre of quarry, part of the said Sheepsleight, now in possession of John George of Walcot, Inn Holder. And all tithes thereunto belonging.] All from 2. to 4. in trust for 3. for the residue of 2000 years.
