Will of Lovelace Hayne of Oare, p. Chiverly, c. Berkshire, Esq., 14 September 1750
Request to be buried in the churchyard at Chiverly near his daughter Elizabeth,
Bequeaths to his wife Lucy Hayne, all those meadows or pastures called the East Hayes and one other close of meadow or pasture called New Tynning, both formerly in the occupation of Ambrose Bishop as tenant, but now and for some years in occupation of William Edwards, Inn Holder, situate in p. Walcott, c. Somerset.
Other bequests of money to his wife aforesaid and his children James and Mary, and his grandson John Bragge. Annuities of £10 p.a. to James and Mary charged on a garden ground called the Wyneards [Vineyards], now in the occupation of Robert Holdstock, p. Walcott, c. Somerset.
Bequeathing all the rest and residue of his estate to Charles Hayne his eldest son, and appointing the said Charles Hayne as executor thereof.
