Whereas several bequests of money were given to Joanna Hayne, daughter of Daniel Hayne.

Whereas Lovelace Hayne paid to Joanna Elsyny an annuity of £18 and the sum of £300 on her marriage, and whereas 1. and 2. have agreed to pay a sum of £300 in exchange and discharge of an annuity of £30 p.a.
Consideration: of the sums paid aforesaid and the sum of £300.
1. Discharges the lands and estates of 2. from the payment of an annuity of £30.
