All those 4 meads and pasture grounds now or late in the occupation of Gregory Wood and John Wood, containing 20a., called East Hayes abutting on the highway leading from Bath to Batheaston on the northside, adjoining on to the land of John Griffith on the west side, and also a pasture of land commonly called New Tyninges, now or late in the occupation of Gregory Wood and John Wood, containing 7a., lying between the aforesaid highway on the south a land now or late in the occupation of Thomas Quilleyes on the north, a ground now or late in the occupation of Thomas Saunders on the east and a ground now or late of Robert Wallis on the west. And all that pasture ground Downe and sheepsleight called Lansdowne, late in the occupation of John Sanders, dec'd, or of his assigns, and lying near to a ground called Slopers. And one arable ground called Prior's Furlong, containing 20a., late also in the tenure of John Sanders, dec'd. All which aforesaid lands and premises are part and parcell of the Farm or Grange near bath called Barton Farm, p. Walcot, with free fishing and tythes of the said lands.
