Whereas the interest due on the sum of £500 owing to Richard Ford has been paid but the principle remains due and owing, it is the intent of the parties that the terms and estates purchased by Benjamin Holloway [0028B/1/2/5] should be assigned to Richard Ford for the better securing of the repayment of £500.

3 several messuages built on the void ground lying in Tryme Street, alias Tryme Buildings, p. St. Michaels, as measured and taken from the furthermost part of the said street westward, and adjoining to the way leading from Westgate to the Barton Grounds, in length west to east 46 feet, and from the furthest point southwards north so far as to leave 27 feet between the messuages aforesaid and the residence of Mr Kimpston Mabott, from 1. to 3. for the residue of a term of 99 years.
