Now this indenture witnesseth:
All those 2 messuages or tenements built by Benjamin Holloway on part of the aforesaid garden, from Pierce a Court to Richard Merchant.
Consideration: £59.16.8 to Pierce a Court (part of the sum due to him) from Benjamin Holloway.
All those 2 messuages or tenements built by Benjamin Holloway on part of the aforesaid garden, from Phillip Hodges to William Jones.
Consideration: £119.13.4 to Philip Hodges (part of the sum due to him) from Benjamin Holloway.
