Whereas 2. have contracted with 1. for the absolute purchase of the premises as recited, at the price of £157.10s.
Void piece of garden ground situate in the city of Bath, between the Meeting House in Frog Lane and the said James Gibbs' Coach House, containing in front from the strip of ground which is pitched, being 2 feet, belonging to the said Meeting House, 23 feet, and extending backwards as far as the said Coach House does on the west, being 25 feet, and as far as the Meeting House does on the east, being 31 feet, which said piece of ground was lately in the possesion of Mary Chandler, with all ways and apputenances, except the way or passage as used to and from the garden of James Gibbs

Whereas John Machbeth, city of Bath, Gent., dec'd., by his lsat will dated 3 August 1745, amongst other things gave to Benet Stevenson £200 to be applyed towards defraying the expenses of repairing, altering or mending the Meeting House in Frog Lane.
Whereas the afroresaid pourchase money of £157.10s was part of the said £200.

Declaration of 1. that they are possessed of the premises afroresaid in trust and for the purpose of defraying the expenses of repairing, altering or amending the Meeting House.
