Reciting: Lease, 23 July 1729
1. Mayor, Aldermen and Citizens of the city of Bath
2. Edward Howse, Henry Dolling, John Dallamore, John Blatchly, Thomas Penny, Gratious Stide and Isaac Axford
All that messuage or tenement made use of as a Meeting House, situate in Frog Lane, between a stable of James Gibbs on the east, a tenement of Dr. Stevenson on the west, abutting backwards on a stable of Gratious Stride on the north, and opening to Frog Lane on the south.

Declaration that the parties of 1. hold the aforesaid Lease in trust as Trustees for the said Meeting House
