Conveyance from 1 to 2 of two messuages in the parish or hamlet of Saint Katherine [St Catherine] Somerset, and part of the Manor of St Katherine, now or late in the tenure of Edward Woodward namely:
a dwelling house now in the occupation of Edward Woodward; 4 meadows lying beneath the said house (11 acres); 12 acres of pasture above the said house called Newe Lease; 2 acres of pasture called West More, adjoining Cold Ashton Brook; 2 acres of pasture called White Haies, joining Cold Ashton Brook; 1 acre of pasture called East Grove joining Marshfield Brook; 2 Croft above the house (13 acres); 1 close called the Clyffe (3 acres); 2 Ennockes lying under a down called Somerdowne (6 acres); 1 grove called Enockes Wood (2 acres);
the other messuage called Lyllies containing 1 close beneath the house called Lyllies (5 acres); 1 meadow below the said close (1 acre); 2 closes lying above the said house (7 acres); called Lyllies Combe; 1 grove lying above the said Combe (3 acres); 1 acre above the said Grove (3 acres); a close of pasture joining Marchfield's Brook and Eyford Mill called Burghams (2 acres); 2 acres in Northfield above Burghams; 1 acre of arable upon Sterge at Pepper Hill; with common of pasture for 125 sheep "to go depasture and feed upon the down called Hollte Downe."
